Dear Parent/student,

Grading will take place on Sunday 30th of July, please complete the form below and hand back to your instructor with the correct fee. Forms and fee must be completed and handed back by Wednesday the 26th of July – no payment will be taken on the day.

Please ensure you have you have an up to date license – anyone without an up to date license will not be allowed to grade (if you have paid for your license but are awaiting it back – this will be ok)

This will be a closed grading with no spectators, parents are asked to sign in and pick their child up at the end of their grading.

Please wear Kickboxing trousers/shorts and FCA branded t shirt and have the correct sparring equipment for your grade, there will be no sparring equipment to borrow. This will impact your grade result if you are unable to spar for your grade.
