Matt Braybrook

Matt Braybrook is the head instructor at Freestyle Combat Academy, he has been involved in martial arts for over 25 years starting out in traditional Karate and later moving onto Kickboxing, Brazilian jiu-jitsu and Catch Wrestling.

Matt is also a qualified self defence instructor under Dave Turton 10th Dan, and has taught at various clubs and corporate events.

Matt regularly travels to Rotherham to train with Master Dave Turton to keep his skills up to date.

Matt had competed in Karate, Kickboxing, jiu-jitsu and MMA style competitions.

Kickboxing: 4th Dan / Wado Ryu Karate: 1st Dan Brazilian jiu-jitsu. : Brown Belt.

SDF Self Defence Instructor / SDF Ladies Self Defence Instructor.
