Come along and join us for my next 8 week female only beginners kickboxing course – it’s a fantastic group of women, all working together and having fun whilst getting fitter and learning a new skill!
This package is perfect for the complete beginner or someone who has been out if exercise for a long time, someone who is nervous about joining a new group etc. And it will get you more than ready to grade for your first kickboxing grade; your red belt! The full grading is included for FREE with the package, with your license, certificate and belt!
Although, if you really don’t want to grade, you don’t HAVE to! If you just enjoy the training there will never be any pressure – just encouragement 🙂
There will be a progressive nature to the sessions (on Wednesday) and everyone will be in the same position, learning and improving together 😊
You also have the opportunity to join my mixed ability female only class on a Tuesday, if you would like to get the extra training in! Again, it’s a fab bunch of women and everyone is always welcome!
AND… everyone that signs up will get an hour private session with me included in the price! This session will be tailored specifically to you and we will work on building your strengths and improving your weaknesses, to ensure you are ready to achieve success! As part of this session I am happy to give individualized nutritional advice and I’m always happy to answer any questions you have, throughout the course!
